CONTEST RULES

Each entry must be the original work of one person. A maximum of 3 photos are allowed per person.

• Write a pledge for good oral hygiene up to 30 words in English or Chinese or Both languages.

• ​Capture your picture with pledge card,

• You could visit FDI facebook <https://www.facebook.com/FDIWorldDentalFederation> 

• Fill in the online entry form, URL is: <http://tiny.cc/iaz2kz>and

• Upload the capture photo/s (high-resolution, at least 300 dpi) jpg file on the online form

• Entries Extended! New Deadline is 11:59 PM Hong Kong, Wednesday, 1 July 2020

• Photos must be original and must not violate any copyright laws or existing trademarks or infringe on any intellectual property rights or rights of any third party; consent must be given by all identifiable people.

• Entries will not be returned and no responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, delayed, corrupted, illegible, or incomplete entries. An acknowledgement of receipt will be e-mailed. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

• The judges will be looking for originality, creativity and the judges’ decision will be final.

• By submitting your photos, you give the HKU Faculty of Dentistry perpetual, non- exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide rights to use/reproduce/adapt/modify/publish the images in the Faculty homepage and other publications, in print and online, and to display/copy/publish/transmit/distribute/sell reproductions in any media. Your name will be used or not used in acknowledgement at its discretion. All contest rules, specifications, deadlines, and entry guidelines are subject to change at any time.
